Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:
- Inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery
- Share an unboxing video and clear images
- Eligible cases will receive a replacement
Refunds
- Refunds are not applicable once the order is confirmed
- Refunds are only processed if the product is out of stock or cannot be delivered
